JT Holiday Art Fair - Sign Up! - maeleake - 11-04-2022
The Jamestown Holiday Art Fair is just around the corner! Mark your calendars and get ready to support all of our amazing local artists. If you'd like to participate and haven't already signed up, please read below and use the Google Form to sign up.
Bake sale will be Saturday, Raffle will be Sunday! If you'd like to join the bake sale, please reach out to Kara Edin at mountainmermaid8@gmail.com
DATE and TIME:
Saturday, December 3rd: 10am-3pm
Sunday, December 4th: 10am-3pm
LOCATION:
Jamestown Town Hall
118 Main Street
Jamestown, CO 80455
COST FOR ARTISTS:
- 1 full table (approx. 7’x 2.5') = $40.00
- ½ table (approx. 3' x 3') = $20
- We have 5 individual 1/2 sized tables available. You can ALSO choose to split a full-sized table with another artist and can decide that amongst yourselves. In that case, you would just purchase a full-sized table and your fellow artist companion can pay you back for half

- Tables and chairs are provided
- Payments should be made DAY OF via cash or check (made payable to JAM)
TABLE LOCATION:
Like last year, we are no longer asking for table choice(s)! We will simply just need to know:
- Do you want a full table or half table
- Will you need electrical hookup
You will submit this information via the new electronic sign up form. We will put your name on your table so you can easily find it.
SETUP:
Crafters are invited to set up on Friday the 2nd before the show from 6:00-8:00pm OR doors will be open to crafters at 8:00am on Saturday morning.

- There will be 30 total tables available (25 full-sized and 5 half-sized)

RAFFLE
Please consider donating one small item to the raffle on the day of the event!
