Bobcat Mousing in a field - GCouture - 11-28-2022

A Bobcat sits in the field watching for mice.  It's a little soft as I could only get so close..

Wonderful photos, Gary!  Thank you for posting.

What an awesome animal!  I see them occasionally and a bobcat was captured three times on trail cams around our cabin this year.  I'd like to see them more often but I like watching the bunnies, too.  Rabbits and hares are primary prey of the bobs, and once they get one they come back for more.

Thank you Steven,  It was a pretty big kitty as we could see it from 100yds away and could tell it was a cat.  I probably got 40 yds away before it became uncomfortable.
