MOUNTAIN FOOD RESCUE - Lynnie - 04-17-2023
FOOD PANTRY TONIGHT! MONDAY APRIL 17TH 6:00 - 7:00PM
VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF FOOD COMPARED TO THE LAST 4 OR 5 WEEKS!
NORMALLY WE HAVE 5 FULLY LOADED SUV'S ON MONDAYS. TODAY WE DID NOT GET A PICKUP (OVER 1,000 LBS) FROM
COMMUNITY FOOD SHARE IN LOUISVILLE. THEY HAVE MONTHLY STAFF MEETINGS ON MONDAYS. THEN, FOR UNKNOWN
REASONS, WE ONLY RECEIVED 2 (INSTEAD OF 3) CARLOADS OF FOOD FROM IDEAL MARKET AND WHOLE FOODS!
DON'T BE DISCOURAGED, we still have a goodly amount of free food for you! We have lots of milk, some prepared foods, some produce. lots
of specialty items, bread, pastries, canned goods etc. Please be extra careful to only take what you need tonight so that others after you can benefit
as well! Oh, and hey, why not consider dropping of a monetary donation to help the pantry out! We would love to comp some gas for our volunteers and for
other odds and ends needed to keep the pantry running smoothly!
