4th of July Planning Help NEEDED!! - JTTownHall - 04-19-2023
Hello Folks!
As many of you know (or have heard) the Town of Jamestown puts on a pretty fabulous 4th of July Bash! We can't throw this amazing event without our wonderful VILLAGE!!
So we are asking for YOUR help in some key PLANNING areas of the event this year.
Below you'll find a link to a sign up list for heading up different areas of the event.
We are looking for everything from the OVERALL event coordinator(s) to Traffic, food and merchandise and much more.
I know each year we make it look easy but it does take a village - and it's FUN!
NOTE: we also will have a sign up for volunteers the DAY OF for the pancake breakfast and manning booths throughout the day - so that's still to come.

I've not heard much about the 4th since this post and with Memorial Day upon us the 4th is not far away. A look at the sign up sheet does not show many slots filled. Is it being covered a different way?
