FOOD PANTRY TONIGHT!  MONDAY APRIL 24TH  FROM 6:00 TO 7:00.

REMEMBER HOW SMALL THE PANTRY WAS LAST WEEK? THIS WEEK WE WERE ABLE TO GO TO COMMUNITY FOOD SHARE AND KARA AND I AND OUR
SUBARU FORESTERS WERE ABLE TO LOAD UP 1,600 LBS OF FOOD!  WE HAVE AN AMAZING AMOUNT OF PRODUCE. BANANAS, ORANGES, GRAPEFRUIT,
APPLES, PLUMS, GRAPES, STRAWBERRIES, POTATOES, CORN, ONIONS, CUCUMBERS, SWEET PEPPERS, SHALLOTS, CARROTS, WATERMELON, PACKAGED
SALADS, GREENS, PREPARED FOODS, LOTS OF MILK AND YOGURT. STILL NO EGGS. WE HAVE MANY FUN SPECIALITY ITEMS FROM SNACKS TO BAKING
SUPPLIES, INTERESTING SPICES, CANDY, CRACKERS, SAUCES, VITAMINS, CEREALS, RICE AND PASTA, AND OF COURSE CANNED GOODS. ONCE AGAIN WE
DID NOT GET MUCH IN THE WAY OF BREAD AND PASTRIES Huh . BUT WE DID GET SOME MEAT, SOME TURKEYS, A COUPLE OF HAMS, SOME ROAST CHICKEN.
HOPE YOU CAN COME DOWN AND RESCUE SOME FOOD TONIGHT! THERE IS A BUNCH!
BTW,
if you haven't donated anything in a while, we sure could use some money for all of our expenses, just saying...

Hey Lynnie, Julie, Annsley & friends, please post a link here where people can make donations that will go directly to the Jamestown food share - I tried googling and there are too many options and most don't look like they'd go directly to our local food share. I know I'm not the only one who isn't sure how to get an online contribution directly to our local group.

Thanks for all you and the other volunteers do to keep the wheels rolling. Please let us help by giving us the proper way to donate for gas and electric and other expenses. What a tremendous help this has been for all of us!

Thanks,

Nancy
