HEY HAVE YOU PICKED OUT YOUR OUTFIT FOR TOMORROW NIGHT'S FOOD PANTRY?
Just a reminder to tuck a little cash in one of your outfit's pockets so you can make a donation tomorrow night!
Fun Fact! Every pantry we do 3 food pickups. The Boulder drivers drive approx 28 miles roundtrip x 3 drivers = 84 miles total.
The drivers to Community Food Share in Louisville drive 50 miles roundtrip x 2 drivers = 100 miles.
The driver to Costco drives 44 miles roundtrip x 1 driver = 44 miles.
That is a total of 228 miles a week! Now you can probably understand why we want to compensate our volunteers with at least gas money!
They are also donating their time for free!
Please do what you can to acknowledge all the hard work that ALL of our volunteers do every week to bring you the best food!

Hear, hear!!! Think of how much money you're saving every week because of the FREE FOOD, people, let's all pitch in a little (or a lot!) and give the drivers some gas money! It takes a village to make this happen. Thank you, volunteers!
