Howdy neighbors - for your awareness. I was biking beyond rock lake around noon today and encountered a person riding an ATV, following the single-track route. I stopped riding to let her/him pass, luckily at a spot with room to maneuver. S/he did not stop, and left quickly. Not sure s/he saw me before getting pretty close. Her/his face was covered with goggles and a bandana but did not look like a hunter.

I am pretty sure that ATV'S aren't permitted on Forest Service land. And, if they came through BarK property, they broke the rule that no unauthorized vehicles are permitted on BarK property.
Let's hope they got lost and weren't violating both rules on purpose.
I know there is a hunting blind back there off of single track trails.
