MOUNTAIN FOOD RESCUE - Lynnie - 02-19-2024 FOOD PANTRY TONIGHT! MONDAY FEBRUARY 19TH FROM 5:30 TO 6:30PM WEAR YOUR MUD GEAR, THE PARKING LOT IS FIT FOR WRESTLING! Not a gigantic pantry tonight BUT what we do have is excellent! Lots of produce, packaged salad mixes, potatoes, onion, bell peppers, apples, oranges, some mangoes, pears, lemons, and limes, a stray pineapple, tomatoes, etc. We also have milk, cheese, and yogurt. Lots of ginger/lemonade, prepared foods, veggie trays, and some family meals. We have quite a bit of meats today. We have ground turkey, hamburger, chicken thighs, whole chickens, pork etc. We also picked up some more frozen waffles! Plenty of chips, cereal, snacks, muffins, brownies, cookies, and CAKES! Tons of drinks, coffee, and tea! And don't forget your canned goods, rice and pasta! I want to say thank you for the donations recently! Keep up the good work! One more thing, if you have any plastic produce bags that you can't use, could you please donate them to the Pantry? We use them when we divide up large quantities of different items. The grocery stores used to donate rolls of them to us but they no longer do that. |
