Fancy Pants Fun RSVP Dinner:
You asked…we were very happy to comply…After years of fantasy, we are finally hosting a Four Course WHISKEY Paired Dinner.
Together with the Owners and Master Distiller at Spirit Hound Distillery, we will be serving four courses of Dinner paired to go perfectly with their award winning spirits.
This is going to be a rare treat for the whiskey lovers out there.
Master Distiller Craig Engelhorn is bringing his very special stash to share and enjoy.
Music provided by our wonderful talented friend Dechen Hawk.

Menu:
Welcome cocktail with scallop or turnip and fennel, beet and orange relish.
Tasting menu to go with tasting selected distiller favorites. Tastings of Whiskey, Bourbon and Rye with:
Farm green Salad with cambezola, hazelnuts, fig, prosciutto or parsnip, and nasturtium in shallot vinaigrette followed by
Braised beef short ribs or Eggplant with smoky pecan apricot jam,
cauliflower mashed potatoes, berbere Sweet potatoes and crispy brussels
And
Spirit Hound Café Colorado Coffee Liqueur Dessert
