Nice, clean hot tub for free, just come get it from our flat driveway off LHC.  It comes with a brand new (~$900 - heavy-duty for winter) cover from The Cover Guy.  There's also a cover lift that was never installed and free to take as well. 
There was a leak that I got fixed (Mr. Pool receipts) last fall, but it's been empty all winter so I haven't pressurized it since then.
