Thursday we get to listen to a couple of guitar masters play in MOUNTAIN DUO. Rainbow’s making Chicken Saltimbocca with mashed potatoes, farm salads, sides and apps. Salads and veggies grown by Cure Organic Farm and Starling Farm. The tastes of summer.
Friday in the park we’ll be celebrating good times with music by THE DECHEN HAWK BAND. Pizzas on bomb Kinship Bread Dough.
Flavors this week are:
Meat: Green Chile Sauce, Pork Carnitas, Mozz, Lime Crema, Cilantro
Veg: Red Sauce, Mozz, Peppedews, Caramelized Onions, Green Olives and Feta
Cheese: Margherita
(But basically we’re just a Spicy Margarita and Crispy Brussel Sprout Stand!)
Saturday we’ll be open in the am for Burritos and Breakfast sandos and then Open in the afternoon for a little music festival: RIVER ON THE MOUNTAIN
