Should anyone know a family or someone else who would be elated to have a freshly remodeled 2200sf 3 Bed / 2Bath /2 car attached on an acre within 9 iron range of the elementary school, send them or yourselves my way! Would like to keep it within the circles of our community if possible before putting out there aggressively on Zillow etc. Details and pricing discussed in person; available around mid August. And don't fret, I'm not leaving JT just making some moves
