My turn to teach weekly donation yoga.
I offer a slow challenge vinyasa flow with long holds. Balance, breath, movement. Strength and focus. We’ll build heat and sink in.
All levels & abilities are invited to take it at your own pace. We’ll build energy and ride the currents down.
Mondays, 6:30-7:30pm
Jamestown firehall, 2nd floor
$10-20 suggested donation; no one turned away
