Yoga in Jamestown on Monday - MichalJD - 08-11-2024
I’m teaching yoga this Monday, 6:30-7:30pm.
I offer a challenging flow with steady breath and movement. Everyone is invited to kick it up a notch or take it a little softer at their own pace.
All levels welcome.
$10-20 donation, cash or Venmo
No one turned away.
Mats are available if you don’t have one or forget.
2nd floor of Jamestown firehall.
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time ☺️

Sadly I have to cancel today's class as I am sick and the other teachers could not cover on this short notice. I am sorry everyone! We have worked hard to not cancel a class and I'm bummed we have to this week.
