Yoga at 7pm on Monday in the Jamestown firehall (2nd floor).
Dorothy is teaching! Good for all levels!
Dorothy offers a slower paced class with a lot of focus on breath, we spend a lot of time on the mat (on butt, back, and belly) but it’s still challenging. Each teacher has their own vibe- come check out each teacher to see who is a compliment for you.
We are trying 7-8pm to see how that works for everyone.
