[font]Topic Introduction: The mission of the Boulder County Area Agency on Aging (BCAAA) is to deliver, fund, and advocate for services that promote well-being, independence, and dignity for older adults, people living with disabilities, caregivers, and veterans in Boulder County. Because of the uniqueness of the mountain and foothill areas of Boulder County, we creatively problem solve with clients and alongside communities to provide services based on specific client needs and strengths and resource availability in the area. Lindsay and Corrin will present on what the BCAAA Resource Specialists and other BCAAA programs provide and factors that impact resource availability.[/font]

[font]Lindsay’s Bio: Lindsay Neville (she/her) is the Aging Policy Advocate & Planner for the Boulder County Area Agency on Aging. She heads up the agency's political advocacy, planning, and communications. Lindsay also serves as an Incident Manager for ESF 6/Mass Sheltering during disasters.[/font]

[font]Corrin’s Bio: : Corrin Godar (she/her) is the Client Services Supervisor for the Community Living Team at the Area Agency on Aging. She supports the resource specialist serving the mountains areas and internal educational and support programs for unpaid family caregivers of older adults.
