Be aware that the rain has brought down LOTS of rocks onto the road
In particular, a big chunk of the inner face of the hairpin turn collapsed into the uphill lane.

Any word on road closures?
Just got an email from a local, said the boulder is on the shoulder, size of a minifridge, not blocking the road.

5/6/25 4:30 pm, Road is fine, passable, a few small rocks in road, larger rocks from slide are off of the shoulder.
