The Cork on 30th in Boulder has prime rib.

Dickens Opera House in Longmont has Prime Rib but not sure if it is every night or just special nights. Have not had it myself but it looked delicious.

The Boulder Cork does Prime Rib and Steaks quit well. A bit pricey (imo) but super good. And it's close too! Bon Appetit!

I second the Cork, but at $50 a pop, it's pricey.
Betty, I don't know your circumstance these days, but I'd buy the prime and cook it myself for that kind of money!
On the other hand, eating at nice places is fun.
The Cork has a happy hour menu with really nice food - and I was surprised
to see Prime Rib for $31 there.
