How to unsubscribe from email - Dan Novak (Admin) - 03-12-2022
Here is how you can unsubscribe from a forum so you no longer receive emails.
1) Go to the User CP link in the upper left corner of the screen.
2) On the lower left hand corner under "Miscellaneous", you will find an option called "Forum Subscriptions", click "Forum Subscriptions".
3) You will now see a list of subscribed forums, to unsubscribe to any forum click the "Unsubscribe" link below the forum name.
4) You will see a confirmation that you have unsubscribed and be returned to the forum list. From there you can continue to unsubscribe to additional forums.

Thanks, Dan, for your response. I saw that option but was afraid it would unsubscribe me from the BB entirely. If I follow your instructions, can I still view the BB and post messages but not get the emails? Marjorie
And how do you stop getting email notifications about new threads having been posted? I bet everybody else has figured this out already and that instructions are posted somewhere--sorry to be slow! Marjorie

The instructions are only for removing forum email subscriptions, you cannot remove or damage your account in any way.

Jeff, Use the above instructions to remove yourself from ALL forum subscriptions and the daily post summary will no longer be sent.

Hello! I have unsubscribed from all the Forums I am able to (2 say "invalid forum" when I try to unsubscribe) and yet I am still getting the daily forum recap in my email inbox. I'm not sure what else to do to stop receiving the daily email. I'd appreciate any help - thank you!!

You still had some forum subscriptions. I removed them from the database and you should be good now.

Hi Dan or other admins. I'm intermittently receiving forum emails even though (per the thread above) I have unsubscribed from all Forums/threads. Any idea what's going on? I'd welcome any help. Thanks!
