Deer remains

The smell of decomp has been strong on 12th St the past couple of days.  Today I found a deer carcass just off the road opposite of the falling down barn.  Picked over pretty well and now the little bugs are after the rest.  Don't know if this had already been posted.  Max was sniffing for it as we went by so now I know where to keep him moving.

Thanks for the Heads-up.  Lion activity I imagine.  Lots of deer in that area, and near water, what's left in the Gulch.

Thanks for letting us know, Burt. We smelled it a few days ago, while passing in the car. Glad for the explanation.
