Our internet is nearly unusable at times, and performance has been poor for days. We are unable to reach the ISP website at all, and emails to that domain bounce. Does anyone know what's up? There was a recorded message, yesterday, implying that repairs were underway, but we don't see any improvement today.

We heard that their provider (CenturyLink?) made some changes and was rejecting their traffic. It's better for us today. In line for Starlink...can't wait.

It totally depends on where you are on their waiting list. If you are not on the list, get on it. We have had ours for over a year.
