Hi all! We have some new foster pups coming to town, meet Thelma and Louise!
They are two female, small-breed mixes, about 4 months old (we think), and are coming to us from the Navajo Nation in Arizona. We work with Blackhat Humane Society to bring stray dogs from the reservations in Arizona up to Colorado to find them forever homes. Jamestown is a wonderful place to be able to foster dogs as it provides a great transition from being a stray to becoming well-socialized with friendly humans and dogs to be an adoptable pup. We are picking them up on Saturday and will learn more about their personalities in the coming weeks.
