yard work

I'm looking for some help with yardwork and a few fix it jobs.  The yardwork is suitable for a high school age person.  The fix it jobs too if someone is handy with a hammer and paintbrush.
I am willing to pay quite well for a good worker.  I have the tools but don't plan to provide transportation.
