FOOD PANTRY UPDATE! AGAIN, WE ARE HOLDING A PANTRY TONIGHT FROM 6:00 - 7:00PM.
IT WAS ACTUALLY QUITE A LARGE PICKUP, SO THERE'S LOTS OF REALLY GREAT FOOD.
We have some milk, also some Almond milk, some eggs, cheese, lots of packaged salad fixings, some prepared foods and salads, plenty of great produce! We have apples, lemons, some oranges, peaches, nectarines, grapes, strawberries, bell peppers, tomatoes, a few heirloom tomatoes (did you taste the heirloom tomatoes from last week? OMG, the best tomatoes ever!), cucumbers, broccoli, onions, some potatoes and mushrooms. We have a ton of bread and pastries and cakes as usual. Quite a bit of gluten free baked goods too! Interesting drinks, teas, and coffee pods, some crackers, cereal, rice, spaghetti, canned goods, some meat and some plant based meat too. Some interesting speciality items in the Green cupboard. And some really great volunteers! Be sure to say Hi and acknowledge all their great service!
