emergency response systems

I am seeking information re emergency response systems that will work in LeftHand.  I assume they would need to operate via gps since I have no cell service, and wifi range is limited.  I haven't been in contact with any of the companies yet.  Any thoughts, advice or success stories are welcome.  I am not the only senior in the area that would benefit from this valuable information.  303.44for.65l9
I am also checking out Wyze camera systems if anyone has thoughts about that.  A home security system  seems a bit unnecessary but...
