My basement apartment in the Bar-K is ready to be rented starting May 1st. It's a fully functional (and furnished) separate apartment - separate entrance, living room, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and a bonus living room / dining area!
I’m asking $1300 with all utilities except electricity, trash and recycle. I have an average of my electricity usage over the last few years and the tenant will be responsible for their portion.
I'm working on getting some new photos so I'd be happy to share those when I have them but I'd love to put feelers out there for anyone looking for a place.
