Heat related illnesses
#1
This came in an email that was meant for people below 6,000 feet in altitude, but I know that we all go down there, so I thought I'd share it. It's a poster listing Heat-Related illnesses and What To Do. It's from the CDC.  Stay cool out there, folks! We're so lucky to have the creek to play in and the forest for shade. Sometimes it still feels beastly hot, but it's still the best place to be when the summer heat hits! Cool
