The full-time kitchen manager is in charge of coordinating and supervising Cal-Wood's kitchen staff according to food safety standards. Duties include hiring, training and scheduling Cooks, planning meals, performing quality control on food, ordering inventory, and keeping the kitchen organized.
Experience with gluten free, dairy free, and other dietary restrictions preferred. Experience with google drive and online ordering systems preferred.
