Barn cat needs a home
#1
Posting this in behalf of our Nederland friends; they live off Magnolia. I know this cat and can attest that she’s awesome and a good hunter. If you’re interested, let me know and I can connect you to learn more.

We are looking for a loving home for our 3-year old cat, Dizzy. We picked her up as a barn stray a few years ago to take care of some mice and she’s since gotten used to being an indoor/outdoor cat, but she would do fine as a barn cat with a cozy place to sleep.

She’s super personable, a greet you at the door type, and very tolerable of dogs. She’s a fantastic mouser and very prey driven.

We’re going through some life stage changes and feel we are no longer the best spot for her. We’ll send her along with a scratch tower, toys, litter box/litter, food, and water bowl.

Please reach out if you are interested and you would like to come meet her. A good home is a must for this affectionate cat!

Thanks!
Alyssa

If no one else can take her, we will.

We have three dogs and two cats, so there’ll be some adjustments.

We will be your last resort, at the point she must go and no other folks step up.

Shalom.

Let us know about your re-homing project. We’re still here and willing.

One caveat: as cats are an invasive species, we do all we can to keep them inside. If hunting is needed, we can let them loose in the garage overnight. The other two cats keep the house prey-free.
