BEAR in JT now 3:30PM !

Lila and I ran into our "Bear du jour" ~ on Blue Jay Road. 3:30PM

Redish/Brown, 200lbs +/- ~ Ran off when Lila barked so I didn't get a photo (yet). 

Yelled at him and chased him but he was quickly gone.

He was on the road to Blue Jay in front of Oak & Joy's driveway.  Bear went up hill!

This is probably the same guy Jese saw.  Not good that he is roaming town in broad daylight.
One of Our Knuckleheads !  Pretty sure this is the young guy that frequented Mesa St early last Bear season.

Yes John, I got home and the smallish red/ brown bear greeted me as I got home !!
He had been sniffing around, but nothing of interest except smells.
He took off as I got out of my car hollering at him (or her).
My guess is 100- 150 lbs
maybe ?
Healthy and quick once it started moving.

Thanks for the intel!  Figured he knew his way to your house.  

He'll be sticking around town most likely.  Can't take off before Pizza Night!  And Trash Day is tomorrow also ! ! !

This "new" bear is looking for Anything of food value -- incuding Chap Stick and McD wrappers.
My cats had Big Eyes -- so the young bear had probably looked at them through a locked glass door.
They would be a great snack !
But my cats are pretty big so -- who knows ??
Just Kidding, --Bears are like me-- omnivorous --
Will eat anything that doesn't move too fast.
Please holler and scream at this young bear so he doesn't find JT a place to hang out,
and it gets to be an Old Bear.
