Sending thanks to Alex at Mountain Valley Plumbing and Justin Johnson at Tattoo Johnson & Sons Sewer and Septic Cleaning.
Alex was out at the house (Bar-K) in less than 2 hours and diagnosed the blocked sewer line, but didn't have the right equipment on his truck to fix the problem. He said he could come back the next day, or to call back if I couldn't find anyone. After a couple hours of calling plumbers and septic repair with no luck finding anyone who could get over promptly, I called Alex back and he recommended Justin. Justin normally doesn't service Jamestown, but not only did he make an exception on the travel, he rearranged his afternoon appointments to be able to come by and get things working for us. He stayed until 7 pm to make sure everything was put back together perfectly.
Highly recommend both of these guys!
