HELP IS NEEDED to decorate Town Hall for our New Year's Eve Party! JAM has limited decorations, so we are asking for this help from our commUNITY:
- Meet at Town Hall on Sunday, December 31st @ 11 am to decorate together!
- Bring 1-5 decorations to lend and put up around the venue (i.e. garland, working fairy lights, a light projector, flags, tapestries, tablecloths, sheets for tables and walls, anything sparkly). Please do not just drop off decorations -- we need you to also put them up or arrange for someone to do that.
- IDEA: Can someone make a NYE BALL that we can "drop" during the countdown? Perhaps fairy lights around a big exercise ball or something...just putting it out there to our creative types!
- LABEL your decorations with your name and phone # so we can get them back to you.
- 4 strong folks are needed to move the heavy stage flats into place after we decorate the black curtain.
- Once the stage flats are set, our sound people will set up the stage! If you are interested in learning our SOUND setup, please join!
