Reminder! Yoga in Jamestown has begun. Every Monday 6:30 - 7:30pm. Teachers rotate. Every teacher has a different style and all levels are welcome at every class. Suggested donation of $10-20/class.
Most classes will be held on the second floor of the Jamestown Fire Hall - they may be held outside sometimes too.
We have had a good little crew for the first several classes and hope to keep spreading the word - please let folks know!
