Former mayor and longterm resident of Jamestown, David Thorndike, died in Longmont, in the spring. He was 98. There will be a memorial with his wife, Deborah Haynes, and David’s 2 daughters, and friends, this Wednesday August 7, 11am at the Cemetery first, followed by a gathering at Town Square for some refreshments. All welcome!
