Red Flags again today, Friday the 13th. No burning. A couple fires south (Colorado Springs yesterday, in mop up, and Teller County, still active).

.DISCUSSION...Today and tonight...
A dry and gusty pattern will lead to widespread critical fire
weather conditions today for the entire Front Range including South
Park through early evening. Minimum relative humidity will trend as
low as 8-12 percent for all areas excluding the northwestern valleys
and mountains. Westerly winds will increase this afternoon producing
wind gusts up to 30-40 mph; the foothills and South Park will
receive the highest gusts up to 40 mph. These critical fire weather
conditions will decrease late tonight as relative humidity levels
should recover for all areas reaching 35 to 50 percent into early
Saturday morning.
