MOUNTAIN FOOD RESCUE
#1
FOOD PANTRY TONIGHT!
5:30 - 6:30 pm.  In the Food Barn, next to the Tennis Courts, in the Big Park.
Prepared foods, prepared produce, eggs, milk, some roast chickens, fresh greens, potatoes, some burger, some frozen chicken, lots of bread and pastries!
Plenty of canned goods, dried beans, rice, Covid test kits, and other assorted goodies.

Please note that our Volunteers will be asking some questions about attendance at the pantry. We don't really need your names, you could just say you're from Jamestown
or the Bar K or whatever strikes your fancy. Mostly we need to know how many people you are shopping for, whether or not  you are adults, kids, or seniors. The reason we are asking is because the amount of food we receive from our sponsors is based on the number of people we are serving every week. If we don't have accurate numbers we will
not receive adequate amounts of food. So, if our volunteers forget to ask, please help them out and tell them your info!

One more thing to look for at the check in table... The Nederland Community Center and the Peak to Peak Housing & Human Services Alliance is asking for people to fill out an online survey about possible bus service between Central City and Lyons.
This includes everyone in between like Jamestown and the Bar K. It is not limited to seniors or people with disabilities. It can be used for shopping and doctor's appointments for those who do not have access to transportation for any reason. Please take a moment and take a flyer with the link to this survey.

Thanks again for rescuing all this Great Food!
