MOUNTAIN FOOD RESCUE!
It's a Thanksgiving Bonanza! We filled 4 trucks and SUV's with today's Pickups at
Ideal Market, Whole Foods, and Lucky's Market. Every refrigerator in the Pantry if Full!
And the Tables are filled with produce, fruits, breads, pastries, pastas, canned goods,
cheeses, and more of that yummy mozzarella, lots of prepared foods etc. We were so busy
unloading the food I didn't have a chance to see all of the food we received.
Please join us tomorrow, TUESDAY from 6:00 - 7:00pm
and help us rescue this great food! You don't want to have to go to the grocery store this week,
the lines are long, the prices are high, and you don't know the people you are shopping with!
Please bring your own boxes and bags and maybe ask your friends and neighbors who can't make it to the pantry
if you can pick something up for them! We don't want anyone to go hungry when we have this abundance of food!
The pantry is located in the Big Park, by the Tennis Courts, in the Temporary Fire Hall.
Masks are required inside the building.
