Lila and I ran into a YOUNG BEAR up Gillespie Gulch @ 12:30 PM. Lila got wind of him and about 7 minutes later, he came rolling down the hillside.
Good Dog! Black, healthy 200lb +/- was headed JimTown way. Might be our Knucklehead, that has been rummaging Bear Cans off and on this summer.
There have been signs of OUR BEARS in town the last few days. Still allot of fruit on the trees. They will be back.
Like Terry (RIP) used to say. |"They come quietly in the night, reap the harvest, and disappear into the night".
