Looks like that could be Rabbitt's dog Hooligan (which would be strange because he's pretty much always with him). Not sure, though.

The owner is David Bailey and he lives next to (behind) Helen and Robert. I’ve personally taken these dogs home to him after seeing several cars swerve around them. This is not the first time they’ve been running in the road, they were posted on there board last fall for the same issue. My main concerns are for the safety of the dogs and any drivers who might swerve to avoid hitting them.
