As the bands are underway and working hard toward creating an epic show, we begin our quest for BiaH#15 ART & ADS!

CALLING ALL ARTISTS of any age to submit artwork for BiaH flyers, posters, and the program! This is NOT a contest, rather it's a chance for our local artists to be actively involved and properly represented.
While we will gratefully accept ANY artistic creation, we are especially interested in designs that visually describe the "Band-In-A-Hat" concept of randomly chosen musicians working collaboratively while supporting the mission of JAM (Jamestown Area Artists and Musicians): "To foster a sense of community in the Jamestown area by encouraging adult and youth participation in and enjoyment of the Arts." The event motto of "Dare To Suck" can even be included, but is not necessary.
Art submissions will be gratefully accepted as soon as possible or no later than Sunday, January 28th through jamforthearts@gmail.com
Also, please let us know if you'd like to display your personal art at the event!

Calling all local businesses, friends, and artists to place an advertisement in our black & white event program according to these reasonable prices:
$10 = business card = approximately 2" x 3.5"
$20 = half page (either portrait or landscape orientation) = approximately 3" x 6" (horizontal ad) or 2.5" x 7.5" (lengthwise ad)
$40 = full page = approximately 6" x 7.5"
Program Size = 8.5" x 14" legal size paper folded in half as a booklet. Money collected from ads covers the program printing costs and anything extra benefits JAM (Jamestown Area Artists and Musicians), which always goes back to The Town in some way.
Area businesses, musicians, and artists REPRESENT! The Merc - 4th of July benefit - JVFD/EMS - Yoga - Tai'Chi - Town of Jamestown - Save our Bears - Traveling Vet - $2 Radio - massage - electricians - plumbers - roofers - bakers - vehicle mechanics - bed & breakfast - musicians and upcoming shows - Festivals - artists - pottery - computer repair - wifi - recording studios - jewelry & gems - recycling - personalized notes - goofy friend ads - and more!

Any volunteers who could sell ad spots to local businesses would be greatly appreciated, especially if related to The Arts (music, theater, dance, art, etc.). We also need 3 prize donations for the Hat Contest if you feel so inclined to ask or provide something for this cause!
