Lost fluffy, beloved stuffy

Has anyone seen fluffy? A golden retriever stuffed animal wearing a 4th of July bandana? It was last seen as Tulsi descended the fire truck after the parade, and it was handed to an adult on the ground.
It’s very beloved, and she’s worried it’s lost forever.
