Mark and I found some cassoulet beans in the cupboard last weekend but abandoned ship when we learned the dish takes days to make! Just learned Rainbow & friends have spent the past few days making Cassoulet! The same dish was on the menu last year and was one of the best meals we've ever had at the Merc, which is saying a LOT!! Support our local restaurant and get ready for a real treat.
