The road into the BarK is possibly the most poorly maintained thoroughfare I have ever had the displeasure of traversing, and that includes some that were intended for off-road vehicles. Has anyone spoken with the county about it, and if so, what did they say? Someone told me they "had a plan", it does not seem like it's a good one.
