1 Bed 1 Bath Basement Apartment available in the Bar-K Ranch above Jamestown starting September 15. The Bar-K Ranch is about 15 minutes up the canyon from Jamestown // 40 minutes from Boulder // 35 minutes to Nederland.
The rental is area is a furnished downstairs apartment with lots of natural light. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a private living room, and a private wood burning stove living space.
$880/month includes rent and utilities.
- I would consider 1 well trained and well behaved dog. NO CATS. I have a fenced in yard and one dog, Winnie (pictured below).
- House backs up to National Forest, is 5 minutes from the Cerain St. Vrain trailhead, and is 15 minutes to Brainard Lake.
- Month-to-month lease, 30 days notice for move out
- Separate entrance
- Shared laundry
- Shared kitchen upstairs (w/ barn door for privacy)
- A 4wd or AWD car with decent winter tires are necessary to live here in Winter
