There is a bull elk that has been hanging in our neighbors yard for a couple months and we have had elk poop in our yard.
 Figure it is the same guy. Love the "derp" photo with the tongue out!!

   Probably the same guy    We usually don’t see them up this way in the fall so it was a surprise.  Love the tongue too!
