I just want to say, you never know what inspiration will come from the treasures at the Food Rescue! I am currently enjoying the last bit chili that I made after last weeks' Food Rescue (remember all those chopped tomatoes?: ). Today's chili is poaching some eggs from the Rescue, also. Yum!!! This feast was made entirely from rescued food save for the olive oil and some of the herbs and spices. What will we find there to inspire us today. . .
