Whenever my century link router/internet slows, and or repeatedly boots us, I reset my router, and any external wifi boosters (Google home, Alexa). Usually about once a month, that seems to take care of any connectivity issues that we see. Otherwise, with 7 of us in the house, and 2 dsl lines coming in we can usually do whatever we please. Have been happy with the service for 15 years now....
