Good afternoon, Jamestown Area Community
The Jamestown Area Community Foundation is the entity that manages and operates the food pantry for the community. As many of you know, this is a tremendous resource for our mountain community. This generous offering is only possible due to the efforts of volunteers. We have people driving to pick up food every week, and as we all know, that is an added expense for volunteers. We need your help! A big thank you to all the volunteers.
Please consider making a donation to the Jamestown Area Community Foundation in support of the food pantry. When you donate, you will receive an official gift letter for use when you file your taxes as the foundation is a non-profit.
The most urgent need is for gas money for our drivers and supplies to run the pantry.
We will be launching a capital campaign later this summer, so watch for Foundation updates! If you have quesitons, comments or suggestions please email us at jacfdirectors@gmail.com.
