Lost dog in our yard (Bar-K)- do you recognize this dog?

Hi we have had this dog visit our yard (ridge road in bar-k) the last two nights but haven’t been around to call him to us we have only seen him on our cameras. Do you recognize this dog or know who his owners are? See photo below. Looks like a beagle mix wearing a harness
