It is out of control this morning and keeps getting louder & louder.
Every morning & then at least 4+ times a day there is literally a little yapper next to the church, who's owners have zero courtesy or consideration, who leave their barking dog outside for 30 mins at a time. This poor dog is heightened & stressed and its barks echo through the canyon with no concern or care for neighbors.
Then a bit ago there was what sounded like a dog fight with 5+ dogs somewhere across the canyon.
Not to mention the all the bags full of dog shit littered all throughout town.
What is wrong with the dog owners in this town?
